StoreMaxtangPC website does not sell or redeem in-store products to minors under the age of 18 years old (including 18 years old)
Cancellation of Redemption
If you cancel your redemption on the same day, no fees will be charged.
If you cancel the redemption after the goods have been shipped or if there is a logistics record, you will be responsible for paying the full handling fees and associated logistics costs.
StoreMaxtangPC will deduct the POINTS earned for that purchase, which may result in a negative POINTS balance in your account.
If the goods are about to arrive in your country, we will refuse the cancellation of redemption. Please consider carefully.
Points Expiration
Unless otherwise stated, points will be automatically added to your account within twenty-four (24) hours after qualifying purchases and will expire twelve (12) months from the calendar month in which they were earned. For example, if you earn points on January 1, 2023, they will expire on December 31, 2023. The oldest accumulated points will be used for redemption first. You can track your points balance on the StoreMaxtangPC website.
