Thank you for considering our return policy. If you are dissatisfied with your purchased item, you can contact our customer service ([email protected])within 10 calendar days of receiving it to initiate a return.
Please note that if the return is not due to a product quality issue, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees, handling fees, and applicable custom and VAT tax costs that may arise. We will provide a detailed fee list through the email address [email protected] for your confirmation.

If the product is being returned due to a change of preference or for an exchange, kindly note that the buyer will be responsible for the associated shipping costs. Please be aware that the initial shipping amount will be deducted from the total refund.

- Product Return due to Quality Issues: If you request a return within 10 calendar days of receiving your order, and the issue is related to product quality (such as defects or damage during transit), we will cover all associated costs, including shipping, handling fees, and applicable taxes. We will arrange payment within 5 business days upon receiving your logistics invoice, or we will schedule our own logistics partner to pick up the item, and you won’t incur any additional charges.
- Personal Reasons for Returns: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong product or not being satisfied with it, you are responsible for all associated costs. Please note that for returns initiated due to personal reasons, Maxtang will apply a 5% processing fee.
However, we understand that circumstances may vary, so we assess each case individually to determine the appropriate course of action.
Once we receive your returned item. Here are the estimated refund timelines:
- For refunds to your PayPal Account: About 5 to 8 business days after we receive your returned product.
- Refunds to your Credit Card: It may take between 10 and 19 business days after we receive your returned product.
Please note that the following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- Items that have been misplaced or stolen.
- Products that are beyond the warranty period.
- Products without any quality issues (within 10 calendar days of purchase).
- Free products, gifts, or products that have been resold or transferred to a third party.
- Products that have been repaired by a third party.
- Products that have been damaged due to improper handling (including, but not limited to, drops, extreme temperatures, water damage, and misuse).
- Discontinued models that are currently out of stock (however, we do offer support in selecting an available model and paying the price difference, if applicable).
- Intentional damage caused by human factors.

All our products have a year (12 months) free warranty from the date the product was purchased with confirmation receipts.
If the product is damaged due to human factors, the customer will be responsible for all associated return costs, including return shipping, customs fees, and maintenance costs.
Feel free to contact us to purchase replacement parts or components (if applicable). Maxtang charges the original value of the components and shipping fees. We can also provide phone or video instructions on how to replace and test the components.
Maxtang will cover all repair costs and non-human-induced defective component replacement expenses. This service does not apply to any damages caused by user negligence or accidents.
Exceptions to the Warranty
This warranty does not cover damages to the equipment caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or any other faults not attributable to Maxtang.
